Goal

The goal of the CPO Breakfast Round Table is to critically analyse the existing practices on talent building and recruitment from different and industries, while sharing best practices and managerial experiences.

Participants

CPO Breakfast Roundtable Series brings together a limited number of leading Procurement Leaders in a particular location, creating a network of professionals sharing the same values & the same enthusiastic approach to Procurement.

How the session works?

There will be a short presentation by a world class renowned expert who will moderate the discussion a well. CPOs will then voice out their own experience on the particular topic & other challenges faced. Other CPOs will share how they managed such challenges and the world class renowned expert will share best practices on managing and overcoming those challenges.

At the end of the breakfast roundtable, CPOs will suggest the agenda for the next session so that burning issues, concerns and success stories are covered in the next breakfast session.
